Hi, my name is Dan Worthington. I have been playing bass for 20 years, blues, country, Christian, rock, folk styles, sorry, no 80’s slappin’ & poppin’, and jazz kind of confuses me. I also play guitar, a little mandolin, and sing. I have played in bar bands, blues bands, worship groups, and country bands.
Locally, you may have seen me bassin’ it up with Sheri Peterson in Drive South (country rock), Grant Gunn in Replay and Who Know Who ( Beatles and classic rock), Yvonne Wall( beautiful originals), or The Dixie Troubadours ( classic country and honky tonk).
Currently, I play in a band we call Coyote Moon with my wife, Marcia and Rustin Reber, performing Marcia’s outstanding originals and cover arrangements in an acoustic folk kinda sound.
Marcia and I are also in the Sundogs with Brad Bateman, backing Brad on a fine catalog of original music, served up nice and groovy.
