Ordering

As I deal with all my clients personally ordering is very easy.


When you book your date with me a non refundable deposit of 20 is required. I will then provide you with your proofs. When that is agreed a deposit of 50% of the order less the 20 will be payable. The outstanding balance will be due 4 weeks prior to delivery of your stationery. To allow plenty time I would recommend ordering your stationery a minimum of 6 months prior to your wedding date. This allows us time to sort out the proofs/ wording in order to have them with you 12 weeks prior to the big day!

If your timescale is shorter than this, please contact me and I shall do my best to accomodate you. If you require an order to be delivered within 6 weeks of your order being placed, please note that payment in full will be required with the order.


Items within a 25 mile radius of Lanark can be personally delivered free. This is for one delivery with the entire order. Alternatively you are welcome to collect. If subsequent deliveries are required they will be priced accordingly and either sent Royal Mail Special Delivery, which requires a signature on receipt, or personally delivered.


Prices for Royal Mail are as follows:

Parcels up to 2kg will be priced at 10.00

Parcels up to 10kg will be priced at 22.00

The delivery charge will be calculated depending on your requirements and added to your final bill.

Payments are accepted by cheque made payable to The Handmade Stuff Company or cash.
