It's that time of year when we feature our best performers of the year and they compete for prizes!

December 8th - Round 1
December 15th - Round 2
December 22nd - The finalists vie for final prizes!!!

Throughout the last two seasons at 8 pm on Wednesday, SUSWA has conducted the “Open Mic” hosted by Jazzy’s Rock n Roll Grill attracting nearly six thousand residents and visitors to see and hear hundreds of brave performers over that period, anxious to show what they can do on stage. Each is allowed two songs or a total of eight minutes to express their music and vocal talents. Every week a winner for that night is chosen and becomes eligible to compete in what SUSWA has tagged . . . “ The Best of Open Mic Competition”
It’s terrific entertainment and you’ll enjoy a fabulous evening helping SUSWA wrap up the year in style. Beginning on Wednesday — December 8th at 8 pm, the 1st round of competition will mean a dozen of the weekly winners going head to head. Five will be selected to move on to the 2nd round battle meeting a barrage of other talented performers on Wednesday - December 15th. Ten finalists will move up to compete for the year’s honors on Wednesday — December 22nd with the winners selected by a panel of celebrity judges. The audience will also participate by selecting a “peoples choice winner” through a secret ballot.
