SUSWA: Tune-Smithing

Tune-Smithing Every WEDNESDAY

TUNESMITHING is an open forum for SUSWA members as well as the community, held every Wednesday night at 6 pm.
This is an opportunity to share music you are currently working on and get feed back from those attending as well as hone the skills of writing in one of our monthly "Writing Better Lyrics" workshops.

How does it work? Bring your song to perform and 10 copies of lyrics. Everyone shares their thoughts on your lyric pages and give them back to you to use if you choose. Afterwards, everyone casts their ballot for the "Song of the Night".

The 4th week of every month is our Tune-smithing "Writing Better Lyrics" Workshop, taught by Lauretta Swansborough. Using Pat Pattison's book, we go chapter by chapter through the art of writing lyrics.

We meet weekly and try to keep it to one hour! Come and join us! It's fun and it puts a fire underneath you! WRITE ON!!!
